Sold - A near pair of large-scale George III astral glazed bookcases C. 1760. Each presents inverted breakfront cornices above line and dot ebony inlaid friezes. Each displaying a pair of large scale pair of oval astragal glazed doors, enclosing divided interiors each with five adjustable shelves to each side; flanked by corinthian column pilasters. The sides display stained pine sides.  Raised on plinth base, housing three and four drawers. The pelmets appear to be later additions at some point in the late 19th century.
