Cancellations and Returns

 

To protect our customers from disappointment or the unexpected, we strongly encourage them to closely inspect the item photos, descriptions, and details before purchasing anything on the site, and then again upon delivery or collection.

If there are any additional questions you have regarding the item(s) then we strongly encourage you to get in contact with us prior to the purchase of any item(s).

 

CANCELING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel an item you will be able to do so up until four day prior to dispatching. In order to determine the dispatch date you will need to contact us using the information below:

In canceling an item, there will be no additional chargesand you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item as well as any delivery charges.  Please do note, should you have made payment for your purchase(s) via our online payment method, (stripe) we will be unable to offer a refund for their processing fee at 2% of the value of the transition.  Should you wish to make payment via an alternative means, then please request this.

 

RETURNING AN ITEM

In order to organise a return please get in contact with us as soon as possible.

Pappilon.co.uk will accept returns for any item dispatched to anywhere within the European Union for up to 7 days after the customer receives the item.**

In the case of a return, Pappilon.co.uk will provide a full refund*** for the cost of the item providing the item is returned in the same condition it was received in by the customer. The initial cost of delivery will not be refunded and it is the customers responsibility to organise and pay for the cost of returning the item to Pappilon.co.uk. 

In the case that the item is: faulty, materially inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresents the goods, the customer will either need to provide photographic evidence or reject the item upon delivery. 

Please note that vintage or antique items are not sold as new and are likely to show signs of wear and tear. This is not sufficient grounds for a refund.

Papillon.co.uk reserves the right to deny any refund for an item if the item has been altered by the customer. 

As with cancellations, the right to return an item does not apply to the following types of Goods, which are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to the Customer’s specific requirements. 

Additionally, we do not accept returns for an item for "inaccurate listing” reason when its dimensions or other characteristics do not fit its requirements. We strongly recommend that buyer measures all access areas prior to making a purchase.
