Should you have any specific requests regarding delivery or issues regarding access to your desired interior space, then please do get in touch as we often work with companies that can make delivery to the smallest of spaces. Please do note that as in line with our terms and conditions, all delivery arrangements will be made after payment has been received.
Cancellations and Returns
To protect our customers from disappointment or the unexpected, we strongly encourage them to closely inspect the item photos, descriptions, and details before purchasing anything on the site, and then again upon delivery or collection.
If there are any additional questions you have regarding the item(s) then we strongly encourage you to get in contact with us prior to the purchase of any item(s).
CANCELING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel a purchase(s) you will be able to do so up to 48 hours after confirming/making payment for your order.

In canceling a purchase(s) within a 48 hour period, then there will be no additional charges* and you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item(s). Should you wish to cancel an order after the timeframe outlined, then please do get in touch to discuss this. Do note that orders which have been requested to be held/stored by us, may incur a cancellation fee. Please do note, should you have made payment for your purchase(s) via our online payment method, (stripe) we will be unable to offer a refund for their processing fee at 2% of the value of the transition. Should you wish to make payment via an alternative means, then please request this.
Returning an item;
In order to organise a return please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
Pappilon.co.uk will accept returns for any item dispatched to anywhere within the European Union for up to 7 days after the customer receives the item.**
In the case of a return, Pappilon.co.uk will provide a full refund*** for the cost of the item providing the item is returned in the same condition it was received in by the customer. The initial cost of delivery will not be refunded and it is the customers responsibility to organise and pay for the cost of returning the item to Pappilon. Please note that some items might be subject to a re-stocking fee at our descression. Please enquire prior to placing your order to confirm.
In the event that you wish for Pappilon to store your purchase(s) for greater than a two week period after placing your order, we will accept a return on the bases that we would charge a restocking fee. This fee would be subject to our discretion depending on the duration your purchase(s) have been held. Please do get in touch prior to processing an order should you have any specific questions.
In the case that the item is: faulty, materially inaccurate, misleading, or misrepresents the goods, the customer will either need to provide photographic evidence or reject the item upon delivery.
Please note that vintage or antique items are not sold as new and are likely to show signs of wear and tear. This is not sufficient grounds for a refund.
Pappilon.co.uk reserves the right to deny any refund for an item if the item has been altered by the customer.
As with cancellations, the right to return an item does not apply to the following types of Goods, which are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to the Customer’s specific requirements.
Additionally, we do not accept returns for an item for "inaccurate listing” reason when its dimensions or other characteristics do not fit its requirements. We strongly recommend that buyer measures all access areas prior to making a purchase.

As in line with our payment term 'Net 7', we require payment to be made in full within 7 days from the date of an invoice being sent, unless otherwise arranged as a prior agreement. Please note that should you as the consumer breach our terms, then we reserve the right to cancel an invoice/sale should payment not be received within the agreed or stated time frame.
Should you (the consumer) need to make alternative arrangements regarding payment, then we request for this to be addressed prior to entering into our sales contact.
