An Antique 19th century cane-seated carver armchair. Featuring a lovely grain to the solid oak wooden frame, with a swooping back and scroll arms. Raised on turned legs united by a H stretcher, a unique design loosely based on a captain or smoker bow chair. The caned seat is in good condition with the framework of the chair featuring a rich and warm patina throughout.
