An exceptional late 18th-century elm Country Farmhouse table.  Displaying a majestic four plank top, with a rich and warm patina and a superbly figured grain.  Demonstrating later cleated ends, a method that was incorporated to try and ensure that the planks to the top of the table arent to move too much, a method that has proven to be rather successful on this table, as given there is some slight movement to the elm on the edge and in the frame, the planks within the top itself

remain firmly together.

Raised on elegant tapering legs, united by shaped aprons - demonstrating charming repairs throughout.

This table truly speaks for itself, displays copious amounts of charm, and a spectacular design with such exceptional colour and rich patina - one of the best we have seen for a while.

A fabulous statement table that would grace any kitchen or dining room extremely well.
