A set of four Ernest Race Antelope chairs - originally designed for the Festival of Britain outdoor terraces in 1951.  
 
These chairs would work extremely well being used either inside or outdoors.  
 
Constructed from die-cast aluminum and steel rods while featuring their original plywood seats which have later been painted in soft white tones, showing some signs of age.  
 
The frames display an unusual patination throughout ontop of the original cream paint a truly exceptional addition to a spectacular design.
