An impressive French open bookcase.  Displaying a flared stepped cornice above the top section, which houses adjustable open internal shelves. The base presents six large drawers benefitting from efficiency in storage Circa. 1920.  A smart and attractive piece that was most likely commissioned with its high-end structural styling.
