A very large antique 19th century glazed sliding door cabinet, this cabinet would have originally been used in a shop to both display and store items. Featuring five glazed sliding doors all with their original glass and still sat on the original runners. The doors are raised above five equal-sized pigeon hole compartments, creating a very pleasing aesthetic with the door frames once in situ being in line with the dividers, drawing your eyes down the framework of the cabinet.
The lower compartment is composed of 4 equal sized drawers and one later addition of a drop-down door compartment, all drawers along with the upper and lower sliding doors feature their original patent handles.
The lower section features two doors both on runners, each housing equal sized cabinets and both having the ability to run along the whole length of the runners, making for versatile use, having the ability to adapt to your own desired placement. This cabinet features a rich patina and a lovely grain throughout.
