A large Georgian 18th-century style giltwood overmantel mirror, with four rectangular bevelled plates within a moulded scrolling leaf decorated frame.  A very unique design the frame almost looking like Faux Bamboo, the frame is finished with subtle black elliptical paintwork hi-lights over the gilt frame. A truly rare and exceptionally simple yet stunning design.       
 
 
 
In good condition. As you can see from the images the backing to the mirror isn't original and has at some point been replaced, not changing the overall look of the mirror and completely unnoticeable when placed in a room setting - up against a wall etc.
