An exceptional early 18th Century Giltwood and verre Églomisé Venetian Mirror.  Depicting its original reverse glass painted Venetian frame, of star shape form. Featuring a vaulted pyramidal form that extends outward in relief. This pyramidal form houses elegantly finished hand-painted panels with giltwood perimeters. The originally painted glass panels display detailed hand-painted putti surrounded by elegant floral fretwork decoration. A charming and elegant design creating an elegance that would work well as a decorative piece in many interiors.
